Professional IKEA Wardrobe Customisation in Milton Keynes

At GRS Flatpack, IKEA wardrobes are just the starting point. We specialise in customising PAX and other IKEA systems to fit perfectly into your room, giving you the look and practicality of fully bespoke wardrobes at a more accessible price.

How Our IKEA Customisation Works

1

Measure & Plan

We start by discussing your space, ceiling heights, alcoves and storage needs. If you already have an IKEA design or plan, you can send it to us by email. If not, we'll help you plan a layout that makes sense for your room.

2

Adapt & Build

On-site, we carefully cut, trim and adapt IKEA frames, doors and panels to suit your space – adjusting heights, widths and depths where necessary. We add fillers, plinths and scribes for a true fitted look.

3

Finish & Fine-Tune

We focus on details: tight joins, level doors, aligned handles and neat silicone or caulk where appropriate. We test doors and drawers, check clearances and leave you with wardrobes that look built-for-your-home.

What We Can Customise

Modifying depths to avoid radiators, windows or doors

Creating angled cuts for loft eaves and stair bulkheads

Why Use a Specialist, Not Just a General Handyman?

IKEA customisation requires an understanding of both the furniture system and on-site carpentry. As a specialist, GRS Flatpack knows where units can safely be trimmed, how to maintain structural integrity and how to achieve a professional finish. This is not a job for guesswork.
